Meet Dr. Gregory T. Mesna

Dr. Gregory T. Mesna has lived in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area his entire life. After earning his Bachelor of Arts in chemistry at St. Olaf College in Northfield, he went on to study dentistry and medicine at the University of Minnesota. He received a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1985, followed by his Medical Doctorate in 1989. He continued his internship and residency in general surgery and then narrowed his focus by participating in a plastic surgery residency and fellowship program from1993 to 1996. After Dr. Mesna became a fully-qualified plastic surgeon, he opened his Minneapolis-area practice in 1996.

Dr. Gregory T. Mesna is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and maintains membership with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Minnesota Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, and the Minnesota Medical Association.

When he is not at work, Dr. Mesna enjoys playing golf and tennis, as well as coaching his children in various sports.

Connie Brennan, R.N.

Since 1998, Connie has been dedicated to the field of plastic surgery. As a health professional, she recognizes the need for non-surgical treatments to restore and enhance natural beauty. As a highly trained and certified nurse specialist, she provides dermal filler consultations, treatments, and training. Her artistic eye and attention to detail have made her one of the leading injectionists in the country with clients from coast to coast.

Elizabeth Vogstrom, P.A.-C.

Elizabeth Vogstrom, a Certified Physician Assistant, began her career in 2000 specializing in cosmetic dermatology and women's health. An injection specialist who is recognized as one of the leading injectionists in the area, Elizabeth complements her mastery of dermal fillers and neurotoxin treatments with her philosophy of enhancing ones own natural beauty to provide a refreshed result for her patients. Elizabeth has a passion for health and wellness and emphasizes the role of internal fitness in achieving external beauty.

Ellie Schnepf, RN-BSNCPSN

After receiving her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa, Ellie became a Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse.  She has been focusing in the field of aesthetics for the past 10 years.  Ellie strives to provide the best patient care possible and genuinely cares about her clients. She has been on numerous medical mission trips to developing countries to provide voluntary service to help children with cleft lip and other birth defects. Ellie has been a member of the American Society for Plastic Surgical Nurses since 2011.

Kara Welle, Certified Laser Specialist, Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Kara Welle, a licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Specialist began her career in 2002 specializing in medical esthetics and currently pursuing a degree in nursing to further her career as an Injection Specialist.

Kara provides a wide variety of non-surgical laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, medical grade facials and laser training. She helps her patients maintain and enhance their skins health by recommending in-office treatments as well as pharmaceutical grade products to ensure optimal skincare results.

Leah Fernandez, Medical Esthetician/Skin Care Specialist

Leah followed her true passion 9 years ago after leaving the corporate world. Her background in computers and business helped her to focus on her life plan and excel in the industry.

Like her previous career, Leah thrives on working in an industry that is constantly changing. She loves being a part of a highly, reputable clinic and a team that strives to be the experts in the field. She enjoys sharing the new information and educating her clients during their treatment. Leah specializes in clinical facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, non-surgical laser treatments, and product information.

Leah's goal is to make her clients #1 while personalizing each individual's experience and developing strong relationships with each one.

Sharon – Office Manager and Patient Coordinator

Sharon has worked with Dr. Mesna since 1997. Her responsibilities include patient scheduling, billing, and management of business operations and patient accounts.
